Returns, Refunds and Cancellations Policy - United States

This Policy applies to orders placed through the US-facing Personalify shop at personalify.com.

30-day support window

If something is wrong with your order, contact us within 30 days after delivery at info@personalify.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos where relevant.

Personalized and made-to-order products

Many Personalify products are personalized or made to order. Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise, personalized and made-to-order products cannot be returned or refunded for change of mind, customer spelling errors, incorrect names or dates submitted by the customer, poor-quality uploaded images, wrong size selected by the customer, wrong color selected by the customer or other customer-caused order errors.

Eligible issues

We will review requests involving:

  • Products damaged in transit.
  • Defective products.
  • Wrong item received.
  • Incorrect customization caused by our production error.
  • Materially different product from what you ordered.
  • Missing items in your order.

Depending on the issue and applicable law, we may offer a replacement, repair, refund, store credit or another appropriate remedy.

Customer-caused errors

Please carefully check names, spelling, dates, photos, cropping, sizes, colors and shipping address before placing an order. If the product was made according to the customization and choices you submitted, the order may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Cancellations and changes

You may request cancellation or changes by contacting info@personalify.com as soon as possible after placing your order.

Because personalized products can enter production quickly, we cannot guarantee cancellation or changes after the order is submitted. We generally cannot cancel or change an order once production has started, the product has been personalized or the order has shipped.

Orders may be cancelled or changed within 1 hour after purchase if production has not started. After this period, cancellation or changes are not guaranteed.

Non-personalized products

If we sell non-personalized products, unused and unopened non-personalized products may be returned within 30 days after delivery, unless the product page states a different return condition or an exception applies under applicable law.

How to request a return or refund

Email info@personalify.com with:

  • Order number.
  • Name and email used for the order.
  • Description of the issue.
  • Clear photos of the product, customization issue, packaging and shipping label where relevant.

Do not send products back before receiving instructions from us. Returns sent without authorization may be refused or delayed.

Return address: We will provide the applicable return address after your return or refund request has been reviewed and approved.

Return shipping

For approved claims involving our error, defective products or damaged products, we will provide instructions and, where required, cover reasonable return shipping or provide another remedy.

For discretionary returns, customer-paid return shipping and any restocking fee must be disclosed before the return is approved. Restocking fee: none, unless clearly disclosed before the return is approved.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method unless we agree otherwise or applicable law requires another method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift, we may provide store credit or another remedy to the gift recipient where legally permitted and operationally possible.

Legal rights

This Policy does not limit any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law.
