Shipping Costs

Standard Shipping (Contiguous U.S.): €4.99 flat rate per order

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. Additional fees may apply for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after your payment has been confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Please note that personalized items may require additional production time before shipping.

Estimated Delivery Times

Standard Shipping: 2–6 business days (after processing, depending on product and destination, please view actual times on the product page)

Posters typically arrive within 2–5 business days. Large canvases may take 5–7 business days due to their size and packaging requirements.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas) or due to weather, carrier issues, or events outside our control.

Shipping Partners

We ship most products via USPS and UPS to ensure fast and reliable delivery. Posters are typically shipped with USPS, while large canvases may be shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Returns Policy

All of our products are made-to-order and personalized specifically for you. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has started. Each item is uniquely created based on your individual specifications and cannot be resold.

We kindly ask that you carefully review your order details — including spelling, names, dates, photos, and design choices — before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Your satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives damaged in transit, has a printing defect, or is not what you ordered, please reach out to our customer service team within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include:

• Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged or defective product (and the packaging, if applicable)

We'll review your case promptly and make it right — either by sending a free replacement or issuing a refund, depending on the situation. In these cases, no return shipping is required on your end.

Lost Packages

If your tracking shows that your package hasn't arrived within a reasonable time after the expected delivery date, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier and find a solution.

Information on Calculating the Delivery Date

For prepaid orders, the delivery period begins one business day after payment is confirmed. For other payment methods, the period begins one business day after the order is placed.

If the final day of the delivery window falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or U.S. federal holiday, the next business day will be considered the final day of the delivery period.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United States.
