PayPal

Just a few steps to payment:

  1. Select "PayPal" as your payment method at checkout.
  2. To process the payment, you will be redirected to the PayPal website.
  3. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your PayPal user data and initiate the payment.
    If you do not yet have a PayPal account, you can create one and then confirm the payment. For the payment methods direct debit via PayPal, credit card via PayPal, and invoice purchase via PayPal, setting up a PayPal account is not necessary.
  4. You will then be redirected back to us (www.personalify.de).


Klarna

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options. Payment is made to Klarna in each case:

Invoice:

The payment period is 14 days from the dispatch of the goods/tickets or, for other services, from the provision of the service. Installment Purchase:

With Klarna's financing service, you can flexibly pay for your purchase in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (but at least 6.95 EUR) or under the other conditions specified at checkout. Installment payments are due at the end of each month after Klarna has sent a monthly invoice. Instant Transfer:

Your account will be debited immediately after placing the order.

Direct Debit:

The debit will be made after the goods have been shipped. You will be informed of the exact time by email.

The use of invoice, installment purchase, and direct debit payment methods requires a positive credit check. Therefore, we will forward your data to Klarna during the purchase initiation and processing of the purchase contract for the purpose of address and credit assessment. Please understand that we can only offer you the payment methods that are permissible based on the results of the credit check. Instant Transfer:

"Sofort." is the direct transfer procedure of Sofort GmbH - A Klarna Group Company. You pay securely and conveniently with your usual online banking data (PIN/TAN) without registration - now in the new Klarna design. The merchant receives real-time confirmation after the transfer is completed. This allows them to ship stock goods and digital goods immediately - so you receive your purchases faster.



Amazon Pay

During the order process, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider Amazon. To process the payment via Amazon, you must be registered with Amazon or register first and authenticate yourself with your access data. There you can select the delivery address and payment method stored with Amazon, confirm the use of your data by Amazon, and the payment instruction to us. Afterwards, you will be redirected back to our online shop, where you can complete the order process.
