After submitting your order, you have two hours to make any changes to your order and pause it.
After that, your order is sent to production.
Production usually takes 1 to 2 days. Shipping usually takes 2 to 6 days, depending on your location.

Where is my order personalized and shipped from?
Orders shipped to the United States are personalized and fulfilled in the United States and are shipped from within the U.S.
Why can't I see my personalization at checkout?
Unfortunately, we’re unable to display the final personalized design at checkout. Instead, you’ll see a standard product image, similar to the one shown on the collection page.
Your order will be created exactly as it was shown in your cart.
After payment, you’ll also find a preview of your personalized order on the order confirmation page.
Will my order include an invoice or receipt?
No. We do not include invoices, receipts, prices, or similar documents in your package. So even if you send your order directly to the gift recipient, they won’t know how much your gift cost.

Hey, wir sind Rhys und Lukas – beste Freunde seit der Schulzeit und seit 2019 gemeinsam auf einer Mission: Menschen mit unseren Produkten ein Lächeln ins Gesicht zaubern.
Als wir uns damals selbstständig gemacht haben, wollten wir etwas schaffen, das Menschen wirklich berührt, weil es auch für uns einfach manchmal schwer war ein passenden Geschenk zu finden.
Und genau das machen wir heute – für Mamas, Papas, Besties und alle, die jemandem Besonderen eine Freude machen wollen. Bei uns dreht sich alles um Freundschaft, Familie und die besonderen Momente, die das Leben so schön machen.
Our Story
Hey, we're Rhys and Lukas — best friends since our school days, and on a shared mission since 2019: to put a smile on people's faces with our products.
When we first started our business, we wanted to create something that truly moves people — because we ourselves sometimes had a hard time finding the right gift.
And that's exactly what we do today — for moms, dads, besties, and anyone who wants to bring joy to someone special. For us, it's all about friendship, family, and the special moments that make life so wonderful.
