Shipping & Delivery

Yes! We ship to the USA. Shipping costs and delivery times will be displayed at checkout.

Depending on the product and current capacity, your order will be shipped via different carriers. The exact carrier is always listed on the product page. For international orders to the USA, we typically use the following carriers:

  • FedEx
  • USPS

All of our orders are produced and shipped from the USA.

Yes! As soon as your order has been produced and shipped, we will automatically send you a shipping confirmation with all the important information about your shipment. You will then be able to track your order using the provided tracking link.

When your order has been announced to the shipping company, we have already handed over the goods to the carrier. It may take some time for the shipping company to further process the shipment and update the status.

Unfortunately, we have no influence on possible delays caused by the shipping companies and cannot affect this process, as the goods are no longer with us.

We are very sorry if your order arrived damaged. The damage was most likely caused during shipping.

Please keep your order and take photos of the shipping box and the damaged goods.

Before Ordering

It is not possible for us to display the final design at checkout. Therefore, you will only see a standard image of the product, which you also saw on the category page.

Your order will be made exactly as it was displayed in your shopping cart.

After payment, on the order confirmation page, you will also find another preview of how your order will look.

No, we do not include any invoices or similar documents with your order. Even if you send your order directly to the gift recipient, they will not know how much your gift cost.

Our Products

Our mugs are dishwasher safe, so the print will stay intact!

However, since every detergent has different strengths, we recommend washing the mug primarily by hand and only occasionally putting it in the dishwasher.
